We do everything we can to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products by taking accurate photos, giving model sizes, providing sizing details, etc. We take special care in packaging and shipping. With that in mind, here is our return policy:
Lovebird orders are eligible for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) within 14 days from the date your item(s) was delivered to you. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened if packaging is included, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Intimates, Swimwear, Sale, and Special Order items are not eligible for refund or exchange. By placing an order with Lovebird, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Lovebird.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
-Lovebird must be contacted about your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unopened and free of any alterations or damages.
-All Intimated, Swimwear, Sale items and Special Order items are FINAL sale. Final sale items are not redeemable for any type of refund or exchange.
-Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment.
If you would like to make a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your original package. You can call us at 805-569-3707 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you about your purchase and why you'd like to return your item(s). We will then send you a Return Authorization Request document to fill out and include with your return. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Most in-stock items ship within 72 business hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.
We ship all orders First Class with the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your purchase and where your package is being sent. When your package has been mailed you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
We offer free shipping (US only) on orders $75.00 or more.

Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.
We are required to charge California State Sales Tax (7.25%) on all items. There will be no sales tax added to shipping costs.

Out of Stock Items:
Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. Lovebird strives to provide our customers with fresh new products; therefore, we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online, then the online store is out of stock. You may contact us if you have any questions about if/when we will be restocking a product and if an item is still available at one of our boutiques.
